The Newbury Park High School Dance Team Family is excited to announce the Inaugural Golf Tournament Fundraiser at beautiful Las Posas Country Club in Camarillo, CA on Monday, October 24, 2022. We will be hosting the event as a fun four-man scramble competition, fun hole-by-hole competitions (closest to pin, long drives, etc.) and a large live and silent auction at the post-round dinner celebration! We would like to extend a special invitation to each golfer's friends and family to join us after the round for the delicious meal and exciting silent and live auction, with something for everyone to be found - all to help the program!
How can you help? Play in the Event! We anticipate the event to sell all 144 golfer slots available, so please register using the fill-in form below! The cost per person is $175, and includes the tournament entry on the private Las Posas Country Club course, driving range access, putting competition entry, Cronies breakfast burritos, post-round celebration meal, and participation in multiple "closest to the pin" and "long drive" competitions scattered throughout the course! The driving range and putting green open at 8:30am, golf ball drop contest at 9:30am, with a shotgun start at 10:00am. Post-round celebration and auction for golfers and friends, family and guests from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Team Sponsorship and Donations for the Live and Silent Auctions! As this is a fundraiser, we are currently reaching out to our friends, family and acquaintances for Team Sponsorship support for the 2022-23 school year (which includes some free golf as well!), as well as Tax-Deductible Donations for the Live or Silent Auction. These are the largest fundraisers for the team, and we greatly appreciate your support! Please also see the fill-in form below to inquire about a sponsorship at your desired level and our Sponsorship Chair will reach out to you to review the benefits of your sponsorship. Purchase Day-of-Event Add-Ons! The NPHS Dance Team Boosters will be volunteering all day to help raise funds wherever possible and provide an amazing experience! Our volunteers will be offering the following items for sale throughout the day: mulligans for extra shots during your round, on-course beverages, breakfast beverages, and opportunity raffle tickets! Please see the volunteers at check-in to further support the program! Join us for the Post-Round Celebration! We would love to see you at our post-round celebration at Las Posas Country Club whether your friend or family member is playing in the tournament, or you would like to be a part of the NPHS Dance Team Family for the evening! The dinner-only option is a $50 donation to the program which can be reserved in the fill-in form below, and we look forward to seeing you there to celebrate with us! Have a few drinks and participate in the Live and Silent Auction! We would like to encourage all golfers and their post-round attendees to stay and enjoy the Dance Team Family celebration, show appreciation for our program sponsors, hear from our coaches about this year's team and the impact of this fundraiser, view photos and videos of our dancers and golfers in action, and reminisce about a fun day on the course! The auction is the largest fundraiser for the team and we are building a great selection of items, including foursomes at many golf courses in the Los Angeles, Palm Springs / Desert, and Las Vegas areas, amazing wines and wine tasting experiences in Napa Valley, gift cards to many exciting locations and some unique experiences.
