What will the audition consist of?
Day One
Each auditionee will audition together in front of our panel of judges.
Each auditionee will perform...
1. Flexibility sequence
2. Across-the-Floor Combinations (both on the right and left side)
3. POM/Jazz Funk Combo
4. Contemporary Combo
Judges might ask interview questions at the end of the audition.
Day Two
Call Backs
Dancers will take class together and learn a dance combo. They will likely be broken into small groups to see how they blend together in the new combo that was taught and the audition material from day one.
How to dress for your audition:
Please wear black pants, leggings, shorts and a fitted colorful top of your choice.
If hair is long please pull it back so your face is shown.
Judges will be looking at your performance abilities through body language and facial expressions.
Consider wearing light eye make-up to highlight your facial expressions.
